A private, invite-only college party buyout. The space is yours for the full four-hour window – no shared bookings, no overlap.

Included

• Exclusive use of the venue from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM
• Full club lighting package
• DJ booth space and power (equipment not included)
• On-site staff for the duration of the event

Not Included — You Must Provide

• Your own DJ. A DJ is not provided with this booking.
• Your own speaker / sound system. No house sound system is provided. You are responsible for bringing, setting up, operating, and removing all audio equipment.
• Minimum of 3 DCJS licensed security guards (see guidelines below).

Note: No bar service and no lounge seating are included with this booking. This is an open-floor event space.

Studio Guidelines — Required

These terms are conditions of the booking. By completing this purchase you agree to all of them.

• No smoking. Smoking, vaping, and all smoking products are prohibited anywhere inside the studio.
• No alcohol. This is a dry event. No alcohol may be brought in, served, or consumed on the premises.
• Minimum of 3 DCJS licensed security guards. The event must be staffed by no fewer than three security guards licensed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. Proof of licensing must be provided to 360ISM before the event date. The event will not be permitted to begin without it.
• You bring your own DJ and speaker system. All audio equipment is the client’s responsibility, and must be set up and broken down inside the 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM window.
• Strict 10:00 PM start. No early arrival. Guests, staff, vendors, DJs, and equipment may not enter before 10:00 PM. There is no early load-in.
• Strict 2:00 AM end. No late ending. Music stops and the event concludes at 2:00 AM. The space must be fully vacated at 2:00 AM, including all guests, staff, and equipment.

Violation of any guideline above may result in the event being shut down without refund.
