Studio Guidelines & Event Terms

These terms apply to all private event and venue bookings made through 360ISM Exchange. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to every item below.

1. No Smoking

Smoking, vaping, and all smoking products are prohibited anywhere inside the studio. This applies to guests, staff, vendors, and performers without exception.

2. No Alcohol

All events booked through this shop are dry events. Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises, served, sold, or consumed at any point during the booking.

3. Licensed Security Required

A minimum of three (3) security guards licensed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) must be present for the entire duration of the event. Proof of current DCJS licensing for each guard must be supplied to 360ISM in advance of the event date. The event will not be permitted to begin without it.

4. DJ and Sound Equipment

Unless your booking explicitly states otherwise, no DJ and no house sound system are provided. The client is responsible for supplying, transporting, setting up, operating, and removing all audio equipment. All setup and breakdown must take place inside the booked window.

5. Start and End Times Are Strict

No early arrival. Guests, staff, vendors, DJs, and equipment may not enter the building before the booked start time. There is no early load-in.

No late ending. Music stops and the event concludes at the booked end time. The space must be completely vacated at that time, including all guests, staff, and equipment. Overstays may incur additional charges.

6. Identification

Valid government-issued identification is required for all attendees.

7. Enforcement

Violation of any guideline above may result in the event being shut down immediately and without refund. 360ISM reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises.

8. Bookings Are Date-Specific

Each event listing covers one date and one time window only. Bookings are not transferable to another date without written agreement from 360ISM.

9. Refunds

Refund handling is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Note that events shut down for guideline violations are not eligible for refund.
