PROCAST Premium Pilot Production
The Premium Pilot Production is designed to give Chiquila Johnson and Cecelia Freeman a professionally produced first podcast episode and a focused promotional content library before committing to a multi-episode production schedule.
This is a pre-recorded vertical video podcast production. Livestreaming and publishing to client accounts are not included.
Package Investment
Total package price: $995
Full payment is required to reserve the production. Any pay-over-time option displayed during checkout is offered and administered by the applicable payment provider.
Studio Production
The package includes:
- Up to two hours of studio and production time
- One finished podcast episode of up to 60 minutes
- Three-camera vertical 9:16 video capture
- Professional studio lighting
- Recording engineer and production management
- Two visible broadcast-style microphones
- One pre-tested remote participant connection, when requested and scheduled in advance
- Branded projector set using the client-supplied podcast logo and navy, teal, and gold color palette
The production is designed for two hosts, with no more than two people shown on camera at one time. Any in-studio guest or remote participant must be disclosed and scheduled before the production date.
What the Studio Time Includes
The two-hour session clock includes:
- Host arrival and preparation
- Microphone and audio checks
- Camera and lighting checks
- Remote-participant testing, when applicable
- Recording time
- Breaks
- Restarts
- Retakes
The session clock begins at the confirmed appointment time. Material set or creative-direction changes requested after set approval may reduce the amount of time available for recording.
Extended studio and production time should be reserved in advance and is billed at $110 per additional hour.
Editing Included
PROCAST will complete the following post-production work:
- Multicamera angle selection and switching
- Vertical reframing for the two-host conversation
- Removal of major mistakes, restarts, and unusable sections
- Reduction of long pauses
- Light cleanup of repeated words and filler words
- Audio cleanup and level balancing
- Final loudness normalization
- Color correction and visual matching across cameras
- Podcast logo placement
- Opening title screen
- Host and guest lower-third graphics
- Selected topic labels
- Call-to-action graphic
- Closing screen
- Licensed stock intro and outro music selected by PROCAST, unless approved client-owned music is supplied
Editing is intended to create a polished conversational program while preserving the natural voices, personality, and pacing of the hosts.
Final Deliverables
Chiquila will receive:
- One completed vertical 9:16 video episode
- Maximum finished episode length of 60 minutes
- One audio-only master
- Three captioned vertical promotional clips
- Three ready-to-publish social media captions matched to the promotional clips
- One branded episode thumbnail
- Five lightly retouched session photographs selected by PROCAST
- Download-link delivery of the final files
- One consolidated revision round
- 30-day project-file retention
The completed video will be delivered as an MP4 file. The audio master will be delivered as a WAV file or high-quality MP3.
Client Materials Required
The following materials must be provided at least five business days before the confirmed recording date:
- Transparent podcast logo
- Final navy, teal, and gold color references
- Correct spelling of all host and guest names
- Professional titles
- Social media handles
- Website wording and calls to action
- Remote guest contact information and preferred connection platform
- Sponsor graphics, when applicable
- Photographs or video inserts to be included
- Opening and closing wording
- Any client-owned music requested for the production
Original logo design is not included. Client-supplied files must be final and ready for production use.
Set Approval
After the required brand assets have been received, PROCAST will provide a photograph or short video of the prepared set before the recording date.
The branded set will be based on the approved podcast logo, navy, teal, and gold palette, and the materials supplied by the client. Material changes requested after set approval may affect the available recording time.
Editing and Delivery Schedule
The first edited version is normally delivered within 7–10 business days after the recording session.
Chiquila and Cecelia must combine their requested changes into one consolidated, timestamped feedback list. The feedback list should be returned within three business days of receiving the first edit.
Final delivery is normally completed within 3–5 business days after the consolidated feedback is received.
Delivery estimates begin after PROCAST has received all required production materials and approvals.
Included Revision Round
One consolidated revision round is included.
Both hosts must review the first edit and submit one combined list of timestamped changes. Separate or conflicting feedback lists are not included as separate revision rounds.
Additional revision work beyond the included round is billed at $75 per hour.
File Delivery and Retention
Final deliverables will be provided through a download link.
The package includes 30 days of project-file retention. Clients should download and securely back up all delivered materials during that period.
Extended archive service is available for:
- $35 per month
- $300 per year
Raw camera files and isolated audio recordings are not included in the standard package. Raw-file transfer is available for $125 plus the cost of client-supplied storage media or other required media.
Optional Additions
The following upgrades may be purchased separately:
- Pre-booked extended studio and production time: $110 per hour
- Additional full episode edit of up to 60 minutes: $425 per episode
- Additional captioned vertical promotional clip: $75 each
- Reviewed full-episode on-screen captions: $125 per episode
- Additional revision work: $75 per hour
- Raw camera and isolated audio transfer: $125 plus media cost
- Extended archive: $35 per month or $300 per year
- Rush editing, when scheduling permits: 30% of applicable post-production charges
Optional PROCAST Show Identity Kit
The PROCAST Show Identity Kit may be added for $495.
Using the client-supplied show name, logo, and colors, PROCAST will prepare:
- Podcast cover artwork
- Platform artwork
- YouTube banner
- Branded intro and outro title cards
- Lower-third graphics
- Thumbnail template
- One-page visual style guide
The Show Identity Kit applies an existing client-supplied identity. Original logo creation is not included and must be quoted separately.
Not Included
The Premium Pilot Production does not include:
- Livestreaming
- Original logo creation
- Complete show-identity development unless separately purchased
- Full-episode on-screen captions
- Complex custom animation
- Extensive documentary-style restructuring
- Raw camera or isolated audio files
- Publishing or uploading to client-owned accounts
- Third-party platform or service fees
- Additional episodes
- Additional revision rounds
- Project-file retention beyond 30 days
The client is responsible for publishing the completed episode and promotional content to the desired platforms. All publishing remains subject to each platform’s technical limits, content policies, processing requirements, and review procedures.
Scheduling and Payment Terms
The requested production date and time are not reserved until:
- Studio availability has been confirmed in writing; and
- Full payment has been received.
Purchasing this product does not guarantee an unconfirmed date or time. If a date has not already been approved, PROCAST will coordinate a mutually available recording date with the client after purchase.
Client Acceptance
By purchasing the PROCAST Premium Pilot Production, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted:
- The production scope
- The two-hour session limit
- The one-episode and 60-minute finished-length limit
- The listed editing services
- The included deliverables
- The client-material deadlines
- The review and revision procedure
- The delivery schedule
- The 30-day project-file retention period
- The stated exclusions and optional-addition rates
Any service, deliverable, revision, production time, or post-production work outside this package must be approved and purchased separately.
